Chandler Ferguson
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Chandler has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015. She graduated from Florida State University with both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. Chandler’s ability to connect with clients, families, and other professionals fosters a supportive and collaborative environment.
Chandler's passion for helping others shines through in her interactions with her clients. She tailors her approach to each child's individual needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible care.
As a supervisor, Chandler provides exceptional support and guidance to her supervisees. She creates a nurturing and supportive environment where supervisees feel empowered to grow and develop professionally. Chandler's feedback is highly valued by her supervisees, as she offers constructive criticism and actionable advice that helps them refine their skills and become effective technicians and future BCBAs. Aside from her career in ABA, Chandler is ‘Mom’ to 3 dogs, 2 pigs, 4 chickens and her one year old son, Elliott.

Kahiya Fairclough, MS, BCBA
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Kahiya Fairclough received her Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University where she studied under Dr. Jon Bailey. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2016 and has been a Behavior Analyst since 2018. She has worked with populations ranging from 11 months-24 years of age and has a specialty in Early Intervention and Verbal Behavior.
Kahiya's passion for ABA and her clients shines through in her exceptional teaching abilities. Her patient and supportive approach creates a positive learning environment where supervisees feel empowered to ask questions and grow professionally. Kahiya's feedback is highly valued by her supervisees. She provides constructive and actionable feedback that helps them identify areas for improvement and develop their skills. Her ability to recognize and celebrate even the smallest achievements motivates her team to strive for greatness.
With her exceptional organizational skills, outstanding teaching abilities, and unwavering commitment to her clients, Kahiya Fairclough is an invaluable part of the Tact ABA team.

Yaara Shaham
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Yaara Shaham's journey in the field of ABA began over 30 years ago. Her initial experiences as a teaching assistant in a special education school and later as an ABA therapist sparked her passion for behavior analysis.
Witnessing the significant progress her clients made in a short span of time solidified her belief in the transformative power of ABA. In 2018 Yaara became a BCBA after completing her Master of Science from Florida Institute of Technology.
Since then, Yaara has dedicated her career to helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. She has worked in various settings, including schools, homes, and clinics, gaining a wealth of experience and expertise. Yaara's unique blend of compassion, patience, and evidence-based practices has enabled her to establish meaningful connections with her clients and empower them to reach their full potential.
Throughout her career, Yaara has embraced the principles of behavior analysis and applied them not only to her work with children with ASD but also to her personal life. She believes that the principles of behavior can be used to improve all aspects of our lives, from our relationships to our productivity.
Yaara is passionate about ethical practice and functional communication training. In her free time, she is also a part-time semi-professional trumpet player and a crazy cat lady.
Yaara's commitment to excellence and her unwavering dedication to improving the lives of children with ASD and their families make her an invaluable asset to the Tact ABA team.
